Bench
worked up to 365 for a single.
It left awful, I felt unstable and my elbow felt like it was going to shatter into pieces.
This bench day was the test to see if I could take a bona fide attempt at the meet. Since I will be unable to do so I have decided not to compete in August.
I have an appointment with Doc Smith tomorrow to investigate my elbow issues further.
