I'm getting really good at belt squats and GHR's, when training is limited it becomes boring, it's up to you to make it fun and different. Doing the Kettlebell 10 K swing challenge for Autism helps me with the boredom and is gonna help get my conditioning back, in the mean time I'm still training my legs and abs.

My legs and Abs will be well conditioned when I am ready too get back to full powerlifting.
My next followup with the surgeon is the end of January.
