Stretched alot. Did not lift, was not feeling well.

TTF Lower warm up
Attempted to do BW lunges and had intentions to use DB’s but legs were too weak and fatigued.

For the athletes and clients we crossed the groups together. We did reps of 8’s with all movements. Weather was great so we did alot outside. Looking forward to this upcoming weather to get outside more often.
