Loaded wheel barrow walk 20 seconds, I go partner goes .45 miles

Med Ball Throws overhead backwards 5 minutes

20 minutes circuit (one exercise to next no rest) upper body circuit

-flys x 12

-tricep bell ext x 15

-lat pulldown x 15

-rear delt fly x 15

-neck ext x 20

Sunday light tempo runs and played football with my son, we play "1 on 1" and he is 6, I play to his level and he runs non stop did this 45 minutes good conditioning
