I'm going to be squatting in the cage so it's what I've been focused on. The trnasofrmer bar is very different but not loading my upper arm makes it pretty doable as my bicep is still jacked up.
I worked up to 765 today and it was fairly easy. Just kind of weird keeping my my air and trying not to pass out.
After that I did a lot of the new elite belt squat and a bunch of accessory work just ot get the blood moving.
