Benching tonight felt a bit heavy, it's been a stressful week and I am sure that effects my strength. I did what I could but my body is still full of DOMS from Monday night's Kettlebells which I haven't blogged about because I was making the video's for the challenge I'm going to give you.

So back to bench, here's what I did

45 lbs x 10

65 lbs x 5

75 lbs x 5

85 lbs x 5

95 lbs x 3

105 lbs x 3

115 lbs x 3

125 lbs x 3

95 lbs x 10

CLOSE GRIP WITH FAT GRIPZ

65 lbs x 20/20/20

That's it, my triceps are trashed tonight, those fat gripz are the devil.
