The powerlifting squad had the day off with the exception of doing some light stretching and push-ups at home. We have to squat heavy as hell Thursday and bench heavy on Friday. This week is the heaviest of all the three lifts with little volume. Next week we do openers and add some volume.
I did some box squats high reps of 12. After that I hit some leg curls, calves,then abs. Feels great to get the body moving again. Just 7 weeks ago I couldn't walk and function. The human body is crazy. Body weight stuck at 260-261. Goal is a healthy 285lbs before thanksgiving.
