Back was not feeling up to a full workout, so I just moved on Tuesday. I think the lunges were a horrible idea. My glutes are toast and my right hip felt banged up. The hip however, could have been from awkward form on the hiit treadmill work as a result of the lunge damage. Note to self (which I'm sure I will forget) no lunges. The airdyne felt great as always, but I'll forget that. That's why it's been a while since I have been on it. I just wish it wouldn't beat up my taint so much.

I wonder if I should tell my masseuse about that next time she asks what she should work on?
