Block 9, Wave 1 - DL
After a rest day, today's training was mucho mas mejor de benching was on Monday. I also added some banded tugs in to work my speed off the floor. Yes, I realize these would be more effective if I did them first or at least not after doing deads with straight weight, but that would necessitate me switching around my whole program so I'm trying them this way to see if it helps with what I want it to. If not, then I'll try a different plan of attack.
