Putting in the reps. I've always liked training harder than the average Joe. However getting older I have realized this is the only type of training that keeps my body working.
- DB lateral 50 reps
- DB rear delts 50 reps
- h-raises 50 reps
- I so hammer strength late pull downs 4 sets
- DB row 4 sets
- Rolling db skull crushes 4 sets
- Barbell curls 4 sets
