Snapped myself back in shape. Ate all my meals and got more than 4 hers of sleep. Its a start in the right direction. Chin up and one foot in front of the other. Keep moving forward.

- DB press 60lb 4x10
- iron cross shoulder saver 4 sets
- Decline push UPS 4 sets
- DB shoulder press 4 sets
- Cable flys 4 sets
- Lateral / front raise combo 4 sets
- Cable tricep extension 3x30
- DB rolling tricep Ext 4x15
- Single arm cable extensions 4x10 pause each rep
