I am really enjoying this off season training. I want to build a bigger bench so I'm working hard on my upper back, lats and traps!
Matt Wenning posted a great video of Reverse Hyper upper back pulls, so of course I had to try them. Very difficult to say the least.
This blog covers my Tue and Wed night joint effort in the gym. While helping other lifters I managed to get in some of my own training as well.

This was a great night, learning some different training having Janel Vegter training with us coming all the way from Chicago area. Working with my training parter Carri who has hit two all time PR's this week one on deadlift and tonight on bench. Helping Paul learn some kettlebell moves to finish the night. Thanks to Ken, Matt, Dmitry for helping spot load and switch out all the bars for this training session.
Team training is fun and effective, we are fortunate to have a great crew to come train with us. I'm looking forward to a complete rest day Thursday with a busy weekend ahead at Dr. Ken Kinakin's muscle testing Certification course.
Always living learning and passing on.
