After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Wednesday's training was so-so. I was really strapped for time and just did some simple stuff to get through what I needed to. Things have been hectic with the business and my other job (which I'm hoping I will be leaving in the near future). This was enough work to keep my going for the evening and do something until I was good for the next session on Friday.
