I feel like maybe there are a few flowers growing out of the manure pile that is my state of recovery. Though I ate a crap load of crap food last night and still dropped a pound overnight so not back to normal yet. This means I will most likely attempt to lift some actual weights this weekend on my event training day. Of course, since it's also supposed to be raining all weekend, it could just end up with me cleaning up and reorganizing the Unit. So win-win.

3x10ea x 70 - This was a bigger jump than I thought it would be. First set was dookie, but the second two sets got better.
Strict Press + Push Press

3x {8x95+4} - Each set was eight reps of strict barbell overhead followed by 4 push presses. I didn't even bother putting on my weightlifting shoes for overhead today.
