TRX suspension Rows-- these have become a staple for me and my efforts to develop more control and stability in my scaps.
Elastic band External Rotation-- generally using the lightest mini band available
Extra stuff that I've been playing around with:
- been messing around with some Kettlebell Arm Bars & single arm (standing) DB presses, focusing on controlling my scap and shoulders throughout the entire motion (start to finish)
