Not really feeling the training tonight, popped a rib out last night doing clean and jerks with the 32kg Kettlebell, not a smart thing to do, perhaps a really dumb thing but I paid the price. No sleep  all night and pain all day but the Dr. popped it back into place and I am ready to go for some light speed bench !
