Hey everybody! I've been slacking obviously. I have been still training I just had to prioritize things and fell behind logging. I'm very new to this, and it was difficult to keep up on it.

As some of you know, I work in a medically integrated fitness center. Long story short, we work to transition people from physical therapy to independent fitness in order to keep them healthy and happy. I have been successful here, and it was recently revelaed to me I am going to be going through training to become a manager in my department. While fantastic news, the last two weeks, and for the foreseeable future I have been pulling over 60 hour weeks! Pairing that with my online coaching of close to 20 individuals, and my own training, I let myself fall behind.

And for that, I apologize to my readers, my friends and teammates, and my clients looking to see what I put towards my own training. It will NOT happen again.

So, after coming back from a groupon vacation to Mexico (it was shit don't ever do it) my body weight is high and I'm bloated and ready to get back at it!

Today I simply did holds for time with the farmer's handles

200 per hand for 30 seconds plus

5 sets

 

Officially start the strength block on Monday!
