I did not stick to my training plan exactly while I was down south, but I did train 2 days while I was in Myrtle Beach and attempted to train events both Saturday and Sunday, but in both cases I would not have been able to get to the facility (Low Country Strength in SC and then Brute Strength Gym in VA) earlier than within an hour of their closing, which is barely enough time to do one event, maybe. Plus, having worked in numerous gyms, it is extremely annoying to have someone show up close to closing time and try to get in a whole training session when you and they both know there is not enough time. But I'm happy with the training I did even though it was nothing spectacular. Training while on vacation is key for me having an overall more enjoyable time than if I skipped training for several days to upwards of a week.
