
Week 2 of Box Squat Volume I bumped up my weight from 315 to 365, and did 3x12. I was on my 3rd day of about 2 hrs of sleep and feeling pretty worn out, so I kept my assistance work brief and didn't push the rep sets crazy. Live to fight another day..
A1. GHR - 3x8
A2. Hanging Leg Raises (straight leg) - 3x10
B. Box Squats in Metal Ace Briefs - 3x12 w/ 365lbs (last set 13)

C. Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3x10 w/ 275lbs

...After a couple of years avoiding the doctor since my last bad experience (thrown on 6 different meds in 9 months) I met with a clinical health counselor this week to try and address my sleep issues, hopefully we find a solution sooner than later. I'm making a concerted effort to be more aggressive in doing the things I know I need to lately, and this is one of them.
