What an amazing weekend, learning from the best. Dr. Ken Kinakin presented a muscle testing certification. I will blog about this very soon. Two days of learning from him my brain is still so full and spinning with amazing new tools and techniques. Even though I was exhausted from the weekend I still managed to get some training in on Sunday night when we got home. We also helped another lifter who came all the way from Quebec to attend the seminar. Of course Ken and I are always willing to help others so we invited Antoine to come to our gym and train with us. He came and we all trained for over three hours.
I’m still loving my off season training of whatever I want whenever I want. This is perfect because I seem to be busier now than ever.
