Finally starting off a new training block.  This one is programmed for 16 weeks so it will carry me through America's Strongest Man and Maryland's Strongest Man.  Every time I train on my new elitefts equipment, it is pretty much the best training day of my life and this was no exception.

3x30x230 - Kept these nice and light since I was still having a little residual tightness in the right side of my neck from when I jacked it up last week.

11x195/12ea x 30 - I kept the curls lighter to avoid stupid elbow pain.  Everything felt good so I'll go up next time.

Everything felt good that is, EXCEPT my freakin neck!  After training the right side of my neck/upper trap got so damn tight and was bothering me enough to interfere with my sleep.  This pissed me off since I deliberately tried to address it by staying light on the shrugs.  Looks like it wasn't quite ready for that much volume though.
