Today my neck was still pretty TARFU from the shrugs of yesterday.  It didn't bother me a ton on squats, though I did notice some detriment to my setup in getting my right shoulder tight.  It affected me much more on sumo tugs though, so those did not go quite as planned, but I did what I could with a totally jacked up setup and body angle.

3x425 - I had a weird pop in my posterior right hip during this set that made me worry for a second that something idiotic had happened with my hamstring, but thankfully it was just a normal joint pop.  I could not get down into a good starting position due to my neck so these were almost more like sumo RDLs than regular deads.
