I wanted to get some quick work with my Metal Jack DL in before starting my next block of training, so Sunday evening was my only good option for this as I have to be at school until 6pm tomorrow which means I won't get home til at least 6:30-6:45.  It felt a little awkward and was hard to make strap adjustments by myself, but I got the info I was looking for in terms of where to focus my efforts.
