Squat Sequence ( 30 sec drop/30sec sumo/30 sec swing squat)
Snatches
Bent Over Rows
1 minute sets of :
Double Bell Swings
Double compounds, 5 Cleans/5 squats/ 5 presses
Double Highpulls superset with side swinging rows.
Double chains, clean/squat/press
Tricep Bell Overhead Superset with Goodmornings
Stretch and then they ran, out the door I mean, off to work they all go, this hour cannot go fast enough some days for the girls, they work hard and love every minute of it, well almost every minute.
