Since my back is feeling much better I've decided to do the RPS Redemption meet with a bunch of my friends and teammates on May 30th. Today was my first day deadlifting in about 2 months and I'm happy to say that all went well. I may not be able to pull 700 right now, but we'll see what happens in 10 weeks.
