Last "heavy" tugging day till our new training cycle starts up in a couple of weeks. I used EliteFTS.com Pro Light Resistance Band to pull against on all sets. This looked to be around 120ish pounds or so at the top plus the bar weight.
As always I am still learning to dial in my technique with my suit on deadlifting. Im getting a little better and am feeling more confidant about my pull and where I can take it from here. I still have some bucket list lifts to make before I step down from this sport. This will be that run to get them.
