I came into the gym today feeling good and minimal back pain. Steve adjusted my mid back and got my rib sorted out too. Hurt like hell, but it helped. About 4 sets in my si started being a little bitch again and i had to gut my way through it. I had thought I'd turned a corner with this thing considering how I felt the last couple of days before today.
