715, 800 pounds raw squat with choked rev bands
Testing the waters and seeing what my old legs can and can not do right now. I still have a bucket list lift to squat 800 pounds raw in a meet before I am done. It's been almost 10 years since I have lifted raw in a meet. My training will be "geared" towards this goal....
