Apparently I haven't learned that mowing the lawn the evening before I squat doesn't work for me. I was lethargic and my lower back was stiff along with my mid back being in pain.
On top of everything it was a rough morning emotionally. My wife has been deployed again and will be gone for 6 months. The thought of that hit me hard this morning and I broke down after seeing Becca pull into the gym. I appreciate my training partners being there for me and helping me get my head straight.
