So it's been just over a year since shoulder surgery and I finally benched over 600 again. You probably thought I tore something again didn't you? Not today.
It looks like I'll be opening in my Jack to make sure I get an "easy" opener and possible second and then put the Poker shirt on and give it a go. It was the best bench day I've had all cycle and my elbow gave me minimal issues today too.
