Chains on deadlift absolutely kick my ass! Its a love - hate deal already mixed with a hate - hate situation....
I am working hard again on my pull. I want 700. Bad.
This is going to be the year that I take a real hard stab at it. 650 is my best pull at this point in only 4 full power meets. I must make this lift a reality. Its my mission for 2018....
