This week and moving forward on my "off, light" weeks I will just be using briefs. Last training cycle I used briefs and suit bottoms with no straps.
I want to take "heavier" weight in just briefs to work on my stability, CNS, for the purpose of getting stronger with less gear assistance and for confidence.
Today went well. I handled the most weight I have ever handled with just briefs. I jumped my call on my 835 but I think the other weights moved well and with speed.
I will continue this path on my off weeks with no suit and see how well this works in a few weeks.
