I wanted to get some extra work in today and focus on specific areas. Plus my sick ass would have proly puked my brains out if I would have pulled. I know. I am a pu$$%.
We were a little short handed today anyways so I needed to wrap knees for the girls group. Our girls are absolutely killing it this training cycle! I am super proud of all of them!
