I thought I would push a little more today and see how my pec reacted to the extra push. So far so good.
I could have went heavier on the floor press and on the flat bench but I felt what I accomplished today was good and nothing hurt, so mission accomplished!
It felt good to do a little raw benching and get a good chest pump in.
