Ugly but improved. IT bands are killing me- Jabez helped with rolling and manipulating them before training. Today was a little better- painful but I was able to get back into some positions that my body was preventing me from getting into weeks before. It will take a few weeks of tempering consistently to get back to square one.
Front squat with hanging fat bells- bar x8, 145x8x2 sets
Leg press- 3-4 sets until something popped in my knee. Nothing serious but that was time to shut it down. Likely just some scar tissue.
