I ended up squatting on a Monday after volunteering with my daughters high school band on Friday night and all day Saturday left me drained. My eldest was home from college too so I thought it best to stay home and spend time with the family.
I know it was supposed to be a reload this week, but I felt like I hadn't reached the point that it was needed and i should push forward. I feel like I'm trying to catch up and that I won't be ready for this meet.
