Unfortunately I was missing my jacked partner today Redneck Tim, I think he might have been laying out in the sun rubbing popcorn oil all over his body because he heard on YouTube it made his skin anabolic...who knew?.....
So I decided I would do rehab stuff, work on my traps, calves, forearms and abs. Some shit that I have been ignoring here lately.
