My bright idea was to try and pull conventional today since I'm pissed at how my sumo looks and feels. I struggled to get 545 the other day in gear and sumo and I have done it for a triple while raw and conventional. May not seem like much, but it's what I've got to work with. Well, it didn't pan out and it still hurt so I'm not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I visited my chiro and massage therapist and got no relief.
