I spoke with Steve Flaming and Nephi Solorzano today and tried to work through the issues I'm having with my deadlift. They were both helpful and I tried to make some changes, but ended up pulling less than I did 2 weeks ago. The pain in the SI was pretty impressive today so next week will be a deload week and will probably be the oddest meet prep I've ever done. It's not going the direction I want it too and I'm feeling the pressure already.
