- Scarecrows 5 x 10 heavy

- Walking safety squat lunge 5 trips with weight
- Rack Pulls up to 500 x 12

****felt good not wearing a belt felt better than I thought it would. I also pull sumo so pulling conventional and on a plate was diff**** FRIDAY. roll out

- pull ups 5 x fail (5-8 reps)
