Here is the up and up...
My world has changed for the better on every level because I have rid myself of all negativity and I am now living in the moment and appreciating everything that I have and everyone that is in my life. I honestly could not be happier and this has reflected in my training. My body feels better my training is less stressful but still intense. My view on how and why I train is clearer than ever.
Do I still put in close to 60 hrs every week on my feet working my body to the ground to take care of others, YES. I do love my job however its only a matter of time my body gives out.
However i am thankful I have a all my jobs so I can live the life I want.
