Business:

1. Get the budget set up for Union Fitness 2019.

2. New project- Float: On to open in March 2019

-My friend/mentor is working with me on this project. Float: On will be located in Lawrenceville (Pittsburgh)  about 10 minutes from Union Fitness.

3. Grow the gym and develop my employees.

-This is what gets me up every morning, but if I'm being honest, I've put other things ahead of this.  I let personal issues and meet prep take priority over this, and I'm looking forward to getting back to giving my time and energy to the staff that makes UF run, and run well.

Life:

1. Get my health back, completely.

-I've been pushing too hard to try to get to the platform and I have some things to address. Currently playing a little bit of whack-a-mole, if you will.

2. Find myself.

-I've been wrapped up in bad habits while jumping from relationship to relationship that has lead to some shitty situations and a lot of apologies.

3. Love everyone in my life the way they deserve to be loved. And spend more time with my dogs...all three of them.

Lifting:

1. Hire a coach when my blood work and health stabilize.

-I need to take a lot of stress off of my plate and this would be a big help, plus a great opportunity to learn from someone else. I have already lined this up and am excited to get it started when the timing is right.

2. Get to 250lbs or more bodyweight.

3. Pick a meet in 2019 and execute, like the good ole days.
