Squats did not feel as good as last week, I feel really unstable in the hole, like my hips do not know how to stay contracted? It is an odd feeling and not a fan of it, squat today felt like they did at Record Breakers where I had nothing out of the hole (even though they LOOK like they were moving fine). I also found myself having an issue with depth along with the hip being irritated, once I got to tempo squat I widened my stance and moved the bar a hair lower and felt better, this may be a change I stick, going to implement it for the next few weeks and see what happens
