Holy smoked, here was my day in review starting yesterday evening (Thursday).
- Clients till 8
- get home get to bed
- wake up at 3am, get luggage together
- 3:30 teammate picks me up
- 9hr drive from Memphis to Columbus
- check in, hang with Julia for 2 hours
- 1hr drive to EliteFTS S5 Compound
- Train, not only just train, but have your fine ass girlfriend who is a monster when it comes to accessory work and volume absolutely DESTROY you, on everything, doing the same weight you are like its nothing. I was so smoked after this session
*Safety Squat Bar (SSB) - 5’s negatives 3x4: 365 + Double Red
*Wide Stance SSB High Box Squats - 3’s negatives 3x8: 365
*45 Degree Hypers with barbell in hand 3x12, hold for 3 sec at the top of each lift
*A1: Reverse Hypers 3x20:
*A2: Seated Band Abductions 3x30:
*A3: Single Leg Squats onto bench 3x15: each leg
