well here is the extent of my training. This was the first time I have left a workout. More importantly, this is the first time I have heard my body speaking very loud and clear to me about NOT going any further. I have had great lifting advice given to me and two things I have repeated a lot in the last 2 months have been:
- "Nothing you do today will get you stronger but, you can do many things on this day that will make you weaker"
- "Risk > Reward"
