Todays teaching: back to the basics. We over complicate things when doing the basics can be challenging in of itself. Lay a strong foundation. Know you can always go back. The goal is to simplify, not make more difficult.
Classes have been SO SIMPLE, yet I am finding them to be the most challenging. I am not distracted with the hard stuff so I am forced to sit in stillness. Be present.
