With core stabilization and balance being high on my priority list right now I decided to do step-ups and yoke carry today.
Step-ups - box set so hip was 3" above parallel
10 steps per let with bodyweight
10 steps per leg holding 25-pound dumbbells
10 steps per leg holding 35-pound dumbbells
5 sets of 10 steps per leg holding 50-pound dumbbells
Yoke Carry - each trip was 60 feet
empty yoke (310 pounds) for 2 trips
400 for 2 trips
490 for 2 trips
580 for 1 trip
650 for 1 trip
The yoke felt good and moved well but that last trip was brutal.

slight decline dumbbell bench
worked up to 115's for 4 sets of 10 reps
dumbbell pullovers
90 for 4 sets of 8 reps
cable extensions
5 sets of 20 reps
low pulley cable rows - rounded back
140 for 4 sets of 12 reps
h-raises
25's for 3 sets of 12 reps
