My upper back is gangster, but the rest is lacking terribly. So this offseason saw more back work in 21 weeks then its probably seen the year prior, and that's just keeping it 100.

Chest supported rows one plate 4 x 25

Iso low row hammer strength machine one plate a side 4 x 25

Db rows 70 x 20, 90 x 10 x 3, 115 x 10 x 1

Hammer curls 3 x 25 with 20 lbs

Regular single arm curls 3 x 15

Rear delt flys 4 x 25 with 70 lbs

Everything was short rest, in and out in just over an hour, no music, no phone just hardcore ass back sesh *makes masturbation hand singles*
