Important Usage Guidelines:

The SG-90 is lightweight and may tip or flip off benches or J-Cups if not properly loaded.

Always center the bar in the J-Cups and ensure weight plates on one side are pushed firmly against the wear pads before removing plates from the opposite side. This greatly reduces the risk of the bar flipping.

Loadable Weight Range: Up to 90 lbs

Caution: To prevent tipping or damage, never leave one side of the bar completely unloaded while the other is still weighted.
