Grow muscles grow!

Putting in the reps. I've always liked training harder than the average Joe. However getting older I have realized this is the only type of training that keeps my body working.

  1. DB lateral 50 reps
  2. DB rear delts 50 reps
  3. h-raises 50 reps
  4. I so hammer strength late pull downs 4 sets
  5. DB row 4 sets
  6. Rolling db skull crushes 4 sets
  7. Barbell curls 4 sets
